Review of SIDE DISHES

Side Dishes is truly an inspirational romance. It is about making choices for yourself and mending wrongs. Every character in this story has a realistic quality to them. I found myself involved in Sage and Delane's life, which was very enjoyable experience. As a reader, I came to care for them. Even Sivilla, with her flaws, reaches out to the reader. The little information that is told about Sivilla, in a small way explains why she made decisions in the manner that she did. We are not perfect and the characters we read about, shouldn't be either. For an inspirational romance, I was pleasantly surprised at the passion that was described so eloquently well. If you're looking for a story with meaning, Side Dishes will satisfy your appetite for it!

Another Review of SIDE DISHES:

Sage lives with her mother, Sivilla, in a modest two bedroom duplex in Protégé, Arizona. They’ve not been there very long.  Before this move, they’ve lived in many different states. Sivilla Etheridge is a career gold-digger. She got pregnant with Sage at the tender age of fifteen, and after a year at playing house with her twenty-year-old boyfriend, he threw her out to join the military.  She was forced to find any means necessary to provide for herself and her daughter. Her striking good looks were able to garner her many rich men throughout her life, along with their money and possessions.

She has taught Sage the tricks of the trade, although twenty-two year old Sage is not proud of this fact. Sage is beginning to resent the life that her mother has forced on her. Nonetheless, she begins a romance with Delane Ryder.  Much to her surprise, she falls in love with him, and he with her.  Much to Sivilla’s delight, they marry, but then she cooks up a nasty little scheme to drive a wedge between the newly married couple that will free Sage for the next man.

I was hooked on this story from the very first chapter. Sage was such a normal, likeable character and I truly felt sorry for her having to deal with such a domineering mother. I was jumping up and down when she and Delane married, and through the ups and downs of their relationship, it felt like I was experiencing things with them. This story has a delightfully refreshing dose of Christian values, combined with a compelling crescendo of action. This lovely tale will appeal to the romantic at heart, and is definitely one that I would love to see hit the Bestseller List. Ms. Frazier weaves a wonderful tale, and has gained a new fan in this reviewer.

Another glowing review of SIDE DISHES:

Two women, Sivilla and Sage Etheridge, living off their looks. Mother and daughter, fleecing wealthy men.  When the big city gets too hot, the two move to the city of Protege, AZ.  Their new landlord, Delane Ryder, an overweight man with a low self-esteem and a lot of money is Mamma's next unsuspecting target for her daughter.

But what happens when Sage and Delane fall in love and tie the knot, and Sivilla isn't willing to give up her accomplice?  Sivilla "cooks" up more than dinner.  Mother may break up her daughter's marriage, but her scheme fails and Sage disappears with a secret.  It is not until Sivilla is diagnosed with breast cancer that Sage returns.
I was hooked from the very first page.  Ms. Frazier's characters are loveable, hateable, and believable.  She shows that by the grace of God people can truly change.  Her story also has a serious message about breast cancer that should be taken to heart by all women.

Review on THREEFOLD CORD:

Threefold Cord is a MUST READ!  If you miss this, you will miss the opportunity to be blessed by a truly talented author. Avis, LaRose and Precious will come to life from page to page and as you read, you'll even recognize yourself there, too. What a marvelous way that God has used Suprina to bring to the forefront real life issues and show that through the healing power of God, we truly are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus. It has been my absolute pleasure to share in the life of these three main characters, the trials and the triumphs that they experience and the absolute Glory that is on this writer’s life.

Join Suprina as she takes us through this magnificent journey of life and love, rejection and acceptance, trials and victory and be blessed richly as I have.
